The Role
As the business continues to expand, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join a high-performing sales team. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing structure, organisation and leadership to ensure seamless team operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the behind-the-scenes processes that allow the team to deliver exceptional service and outstanding results. Duties and Responsibilities
As their new Team Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the team and their success. Responsibilities include:
- Managing communication with clients, tradespeople, and the styling team
- Leading daily team meetings and maintaining team focus
- Handling administrative tasks from appraisal through to property settlement
- Coordinating with conveyancers for contract and settlement documentation
- Drafting and preparing sales contracts, addendums, and agency agreements
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for property listings
- Notifying vendors about inspection schedules and timelines
- Preparing auction and open inspection materials
- Coordinating settlements, including gifts and keys for buyers and vendors
- Creating and sending sales proposals and pre-listing kits
- Supporting the execution of the team’s business plan and strategic goals
- Managing calendars and schedules across the team
- Tracking and driving KPIs
- Assisting with field-based tasks such as signage, letterbox drops, and client gifts
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and organised professional who enjoys working in a team environment. You will bring:

- Previous real estate administration or sales support experience (highly regarded but not essential)
