About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, high performing, design-savvy real estate consultant who is passionate about delivering a premium client experience.

Duties
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating all marketing and advertising – print, digital and social media
  • Writing and submitting engaging property copy and editorials
  • Preparing sales documentation including contracts, Form 1s and addendums
  • Communicating with vendors, purchasers and conveyancers
  • Organising building inspections, open homes and private appointments
  • Preparing marketing proposals and listing kits
  • Managing the agent’s diary and supporting the broader team
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role you will bring:
  • A warm and confident personality – bubbly, positive and client-focused
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a real estate administration
  • Current SA Sales Registration Certificate or studying towards 
  • Immaculate presentation and polished communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and marketing platforms
