The Role

You will play an active role in high-profile property campaigns — your name on signboards, real exposure in the market, and hands-on training designed to fast-track your path to a standalone sales career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business and manage buyer enquiries.
  • Attend opens, auctions, and vendor meetings.
  • Prepare vendor reports, presentations, and campaign marketing materials.
  • Assist with offers, negotiations, and end-to-end sales processes.
  • Provide high-level support to the lead agent to ensure seamless campaigns.
Skills & Experience
You’ll ideally have:
  • Experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar role.
  • Certificate IV in Property (or working towards completion).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a polished, professional manner.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset and genuine passion for real estate.
