About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a dedicated and friendly office support team. Working closely with a group of high-performing sales professionals, you will take ownership of critical administrative tasks, ensure smooth sales processes, and support marketing initiatives. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents with documentation from appraisal through to settlement
- Manage and maintain client records and communication
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns and agent promotional material
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and delivery deadlines
- Provide professional front office support, including answering calls and welcoming clients
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support general office operations and contribute to a positive team culture
- Experience with contracts, Form 1s, and sales documentation highly regarded
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a real estate sales or marketing admin role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and efficiency in admin processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with real estate software such as Agent Box, REA Forms, or InDesign (highly desirable)
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Knowledge of Form 1 documentation and property contracts is a plus
