About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Administrator to be the backbone of this high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting several busy agents and ensuring everything behind the scenes is delivered with precision.  This is a fast-paced, rewarding role for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple sales consultants
  • Manage workload overflow and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Prepare and process Sales Agency Agreements and contracts
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accuracy
  • Be the go-to person for CRM queries, training, and support
  • Coordinate property marketing, including brochures, signage and online listings
Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a real estate sales administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and real estate CRM systems
  • Experience processing Form 1s and contracts
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Certificate IV in Property (or working towards it) highly regarded
