Full-Time | Adelaide CBD
A well-established consultancy in the property and development sector is seeking a Receptionist to join their Adelaide-based team. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is organised, approachable, and confident in managing a busy front desk.
 
About the Role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and friendly welcome. The role also involves supporting the wider team with general office tasks, document handling, and maintaining shared spaces.
 
Key Duties
  • Greet and assist visitors and callers
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and ready
  • Organise couriers and distribute mail
  • Format and proofread documents
  • Assist with events and submissions when needed
  • Keep kitchen and office supplies stocked
 
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Experience in administration or customer service (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (preferred)
 
Work Conditions
  • Monday to Friday  
  • Flexibility may be required to meet deadlines
  • Salary aligned with the Modern Award
