Property Manager

The Role
Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join this team and oversee a portfolio of residential properties located in Adelaide’s southern suburbs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is seeking stability, balance and the chance to build strong landlord and tenant relationships without the pressure of unrealistic KPIs.
The Duties
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:• Managing a residential portfolio with professionalism and efficiency
• Conducting routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Handling maintenance requests and tenancy disputes with a solutions-focused approach
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth management of properties
• Maintaining accurate records and reports using industry software
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation and regulations Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Current Property Management Registration (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
