Property and Accounts Administrator

Working closely with the Head of Property, this newly created role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of property accounts and administration.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, code, and approve rental payments for a large national portfolio
  • Reconcile rental payments and maintain remittance records
  • Update and manage lease data using Lease Eagle software
  • Prepare monthly and annual sales reports for landlords
  • Coordinate insurance certificates for each store and liaise with landlords
  • Generate reports for internal stakeholders and management
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the property team
 
About You:
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks
  • Enjoys a diverse role and thrives in a fast-paced environment
