Property Services Administrator

Adelaide Head Office | Full-Time | Permanent Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for property and portfolio management? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Services Administrator to join a dynamic finance team within a leading organisation headquartered in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, this role is responsible for the professional administration of a diverse property portfolio, supporting operational requirements across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of property services, lease management, and financial administration.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day property services operations, including rent reviews, CPI increases, and lease renewals.
  • Liaise with legal teams to facilitate new leases and ensure all documentation is current, executed, and registered.
  • Maintain accurate property records using SmartSheet and TRIM systems.
  • Provide timely reporting and assist with the collection of overdue property invoices.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance and other business units to enhance service delivery and awareness.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a property administration role, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and general business technology.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
