About the Role
This newly created Project Administration Manager position plays a key role in supporting the Project Delivery Team across all stages of Fairland’s developments from construction and market release through to sale and settlement.  You will lead and mentor a small administration team, overseeing systems, workflows and data processes to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of project administration. 

Key Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys improving processes to achieve operational excellence.  Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the land and sales administration function from forecasting through to property settlement
  • Ensure efficient workflows, processes, and administration support across the sales and development teams
  • Provide administrative support for the construction, approval, and titling of land
  • Manage documentation for payment of authority fees and bonding with councils and authorities
  • Support the market release process, ensuring accuracy in pricing, documentation, and stock management
  • Oversee all customer and client management processes from sale through to contract, construction, and settlement
Skills & Experience
You are an organised and proactive professional with a passion for property and a strong focus on process improvement. You bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.  You will also have:
  • Experience in real estate, building, property or conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of the land development cycle, sales process, and contractual requirements
  • Working knowledge of contract preparation, execution and management through to settlement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
