About the Role

We are seeking a proactive professional to join this company in a hybrid role combining Property Management and Business Development. You will manage a small quality portfolio of properties while driving growth through new business  opportunities and strong client relationships.  This is a unique opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in relationship building, strategy and hands-on portfolio oversight.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will combine client-focused property management with strategic initiatives to expand and strengthen our business relationships.
  • Manage a select portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high tenant and owner satisfaction
  • Conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance and resolve tenant or owner queries promptly.
  • Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored property solutions that align with client needs.
  • Develop strategies to grow the portfolio while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Skills and Experience
As the ideal candidate you would have been in property management for 3 years and hold a current Property Management Registration in South Australia. You will have access to a reliable car with a valid driver’s license. You will be highly organised with impeccable time management skills and strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are essential along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
