Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties across Adelaide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare budgets, lease documentation, and financial reports
- Conduct regular inspections and respond to tenant enquiries
About You:
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., REST, PropertyTree)
