The Role
Based in our Adelaide office, a rare and exciting opportunity to join this successful high performing recruitment team!  Our residential real estate team is made up of Adelaide’s most well-known real estate recruiters. Working within a team of 3 and reporting to the Senior Recruitment Consultant who has been in the industry for more than 16 years. She has an excellent reputation in the industry and is well respected by her peers, clients and candidates. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry. You will be working in a high volume fast paced team; providing outstanding service to our clients and candidates is the key to our success.
Specifically, you will:
- Connect and engage with our talent community
- Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities
- Operate at speed filling temporary & contract roles for our clients
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory frameworks, including completing reference checks, candidate working rights, WH&S
- Build strong relationships with clients through business development, networking and account management
Your Experience
If you are interested in pursuing a career within recruitment, we want to hear from you! If you have some level of recruitment experience (6-12 months) this role will also suit. To be considered for interview, you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, a drive to succeed, a service-oriented approach, and high integrity.
A wide range of experiences can translate well to the recruitment sector, with retail, hospitality and the sporting industry sectors typically translating very well. Any prior experience where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast paced and high-pressure environment will equip you well for success. Experience within a sales/customer service role will also be considered favourable.
