About the role
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the housing portfolio. The Tenancy Officer will take on responsibilities that include conducting inspections, managing arrears, and addressing tenant complaints. This position offers a chance to contribute directly to the welfare of the community while gaining valuable experience in tenancy management.
Key responsibilities
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
  • Manage arrears and implement strategies for collection
  • Address and resolve tenant complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of tenancy activities
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in tenancy management or related fields
  • Strong capability in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with relevant housing legislation and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
