About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenancy Officer to manage a portfolio of homes and help create successful, sustainable tenancies. You will provide responsive tenancy management services, deliver high-quality customer support, connect residents with local services, and ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and community housing standards. This role may suit someone transitioning from residential real estate property management into community housing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of homes and assist residents in creating sustainable tenancies.
- Provide responsive tenancy management services and high-quality customer support.
- Connect residents with local services and resources.
- Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and community housing standards.
- Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy documentation.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in tenancy management or residential property management.
- Understanding of residential tenancy legislation and relevant forms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
