About the Role
If you’ve gained experience in real estate admin, sales support, PM or front‑of‑office and you’re ready for a fast‑paced, client‑focused role, this is an opportunity to take the next step. You’ll partner with a highly regarded, design‑savvy sales consultant, supporting the full sales campaign lifecycle. Every day is different, full of energy, and ideal for someone who loves being organised, creative and part of a high‑performing team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinating marketing and advertising across print, online and social media
  • Writing and submitting engaging property copy and editorial content
  • Preparing sales documentation including contracts, Form 1s and addendums
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers and conveyancers throughout the campaign
  • Scheduling building inspections, open homes and private viewings
  • Preparing listing kits, proposals and polished presentation materials
  • Diary management and general support to the agent and wider team
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • Any background in real estate (admin, sales support, PM, office admin or similar)
  • A warm, confident personality and exceptional client service focus
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • High attention to detail with the ability to stay organised in a busy environment
  • A proactive nature, someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative
  • Experience with real estate CRMs or marketing platforms (bonus but not essential)
  • SA Sales Registration Certificate, or willingness to obtain
