About the Role
As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a high-performing sales professional and driving the success of a fast-paced real estate business. This hands-on position offers broad exposure across all aspects of residential property sales, from appraisals and listings through to settlement and client care. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing key administrative processes, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered throughout the client journey. Working closely with the lead sales consultant, you will help keep the business organised, efficient, and positioned for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and ongoing growth of the sales team
- Coordinate client communications and stakeholder relationships
- Manage sales administration, contracts, and settlements
- Oversee property marketing campaigns and listing processes
- Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and business priorities
- Track key performance measures and support business development activities
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administration, sales support, team management, or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Confidence building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Completion of, or current enrolment in, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice will be highly regarded.
