About the role
This position is for a temporary Strata Manager to provide immediate support due to recent staffing changes. The role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 42 schemes, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use strata plans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of strata schemes
- Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective communication
- Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in strata management, ideally with at least three years in a similar role
- Strong capability in using property management software, preferably Stratify or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schemes efficiently and effectively.
