Senior Sales & Finance Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Sales Administrator to provide essential support across finance, sales administration, and office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee trust accounting processes including receipting, reconciliations, and deposits
  • Prepare and process settlements, commissions, and related financial documentation
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising accounts, ensuring timely reporting and reconciliation
  • Process settlements, commissions, and related payments
  • Contribute to compliance checks, prepare reports, and drive operational improvements
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and office operations
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in finance and administration within real estate (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of trust accounting and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office; experience with real estate software advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable
