About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Administrator to be the backbone of this high-performing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run seamlessly, supporting multiple busy agents and maintaining the highest standards behind the scenes. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork and attention to detail, with the opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the workings of a top-performing real estate office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple sales consultants.
  • Manage workload overflow, prioritise competing deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare and process Sales Agency Agreements, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Be the go-to person for CRM queries, training, and ongoing support for the team.
  • Coordinate property marketing, including brochures, signage, and online listings, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and support initiatives that improve office efficiency and client experience.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a real estate sales administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and real estate CRM systems.
  • Experience processing Form 1s and contracts accurately.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certificate IV in Property (or working towards it) highly regarded.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to supporting a high-performing team.
