Senior Sales Administrator

About the Company
Our client is a modern, sophisticated and high-performing real estate agency that thrives on energy, precision and team culture. With a strong passion for early starts and structured days, this stylish and fast-paced office is home to professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional results. Their success is built on collaboration, consistency and a love for doing things properly—from the first appraisal to final settlement. If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a polished, motivated team that gets things done (and loves mornings), this is the place for you.

The Role
A rare opportunity has become available for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Administrator to join this dynamic and respected team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll be the operational backbone of the sales team—playing a pivotal role in supporting campaigns from appraisal to settlement.

Duties and Responsibilities
As the key support to the sales team, you’ll coordinate all aspects of property campaigns—from initial appraisal to settlement—ensuring smooth communication, timely preparation of documents, and effective team collaboration.
  • Daily vendor communication via phone, SMS, and email
  • Run daily team meetings and manage team calendar
  • Book appointments, trades, stylists and property access
  • Prepare appraisal kits, proposals, contracts, and forms
  • Coordinate marketing assets, signage, and property launch
  • Manage online portals, CRMs (Agentbox), and Airtable updates
  • Support auctions with prep docs, open packs and communication
  • Handle settlement gifts, handovers, testimonials and sold stickers
  • Maintain accuracy across all documents and timelines
Skills and Experience
You will bring experience in a fast-paced admin or real estate support role, ideally within the property or professional services sector. You’re highly organised, enjoy structure, and have a sharp eye for detail. You’re confident across CRMs (such as Agentbox), calendars, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools like Airtable. You’ll be solutions-focused, enthusiastic, and ready to work early and stay until the job’s done. This team values those who show initiative, work hard, and contribute to a shared goal of excellence.

What’s on Offer
  • Join a modern, design-led real estate team that values performance and polish
  • A fast-paced, highly structured role where your organisational skills shine
  • Genuine career progression in a supportive and dynamic environment
  • Be part of a stylish office culture that loves early starts and shared success
