Are you a seasoned Project Manager /Development Manager with a passion for property and a sharp eye for sales, leasing, and land tenure intricacies? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same?
Our client – a key player in urban renewal and major development initiatives – is looking for a results-driven professional to take the lead on a series of critical property and civil projects, driving them to successful close-out.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role, leading a small but dedicated team to deliver complex, mixed-use developments and civil projects that shape the future of our communities.
Some civil experience or qualifications would also be well regarded

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a compact, high-performing team to deliver outstanding project results
- Drive project close-out activities using a comprehensive task-tracking approach
- Oversee developer deliverables for key mixed-use sites
- Manage design-phase civil projects through procurement, delivery, and contract administration
- Provide strategic support across leasing, defects resolution, land division, and environmental compliance
- Liaise with councils on the handover of public realm assets
- Manage commercial elements of progressive land settlements and multi-residential builds
- Proven experience managing complex property and civil projects – ideally in sales, leasing, conveyancing, and land tenure
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, proactive approach
- Expertise in navigating the full project lifecycle – from design through to delivery and asset handover
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexibility to be embedded on-site at both city and southern office locations
