The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales agents and ensuring every property campaign runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work. You will be the backbone of the sales team, managing marketing, compliance, administration, and front-of-house responsibilities while providing exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and print marketing for all property listings
  • Process listings, sales, and property marketing for each property listed and sold by the sales team
  • Ensure all paperwork is compliant and aligned with internal processes
  • Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, coordinating marketing, signage, photography, and advertising
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with new and existing clients
  • Provide high-level administrative and sales support to agents
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
