About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to join our team in a hybrid role combining property management and sales administration. You will assist in managing a residential portfolio while supporting sales and administrative tasks across the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building client relationships and wants exposure to multiple areas of real estate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include a mix of property management and sales administration tasks:
- Assist with residential property management including tenant queries, lease renewals, and inspections
- Support sales administration including preparing contracts, liaising with clients, and marketing properties
- Process maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with contractors
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for both sales and property management portfolios
- Assist in project marketing for land and subdivision opportunities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and collaborate with the team on client-focused initiatives
- Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or sales support preferred
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing competing priorities
- Professional presentation and client-focused attitude
- Experience with PropertyMe or other property management software and CRM systems is a plus
- Must have finished or nearing completion of Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
