The Role

This role provides direct client engagement, strategic campaign involvement and mentorship to build the skills, confidence and network required to succeed in a high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and secure new business opportunities, while managing buyer enquiries.
- Attend opens, auctions, and vendor meetings, representing the agency with professionalism and credibility.
- Prepare detailed vendor reports, presentations, and campaign marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
- Assist with offers, negotiations, and end-to-end sales processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide high-level support to the lead agent, contributing to seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to team strategy, pipeline management, and market intelligence sharing.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in Retail or a Sales Associate or/in a similar real estate sales role.
- Certificate IV in Property (or working towards completion).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a polished, professional manner.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A results-driven mindset, resilience, and genuine passion for real estate.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Exposure to premium listings and high-end property campaigns.
