The Role
Due to continued growth across appraisals, vendor demand and active campaigns, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join a leading team in Adelaide’s prestige property market. This is not a build-from-scratch role. You will step into a structured environment with strong listing opportunities, established support and proven systems already in place.
Supported by a Team Manager/Executive Assistant and Sales Associate, your focus will be on listing, selling, negotiating and building lasting client relationships. Working with premium homes and discerning clients, you will manage campaigns from appraisal through to settlement while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, building client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes across the full sales process. Working within a high-performing team environment, your responsibilities will include: Converting appraisal opportunities into listings and sales
  • Managing residential sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating successful sales outcomes
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
  • Providing strategic market and pricing advice
  • Leveraging market intelligence to win listings and secure results
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the team
Skills & Experience
  • To be successful in this role, you will bring proven residential sales experience, strong commercial acumen and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes. You will possess: 2–5 years' residential real estate sales experience
  • Current Certificate IV in Real Estate or an Agent’s Licence
  • Proven ability to win listings and close sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of accountability and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Professional, polished and client-focused presentation
  • CRM experience, with Agentbox highly regarded
