The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and driven sales team in a key support role. You’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals in a beautifully presented office where no two days are the same. The role is perfect for someone with strong administrative or marketing experience who is looking to take their career into real estate - or for someone already in the industry who wants to join a supportive and fast-paced environment. 

The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring property campaigns are delivered to a six-star standard and that every listing runs smoothly from launch through to settlement for three outstanding sales consultants.Your day-to-day will include:
  • coordinating media bookings such as photography, video, floorplans and copywriting
  • preparing brochures, signboards, online listings and auction materials
  • managing the creation and distribution of direct mail and flyer campaigns
  • assisting with social media scheduling and marketing administration
  • supporting the sales team with accurate processing of contracts and settlements
  • liaising with suppliers, clients and conveyancers
  • ensuring office presentation remains polished and professional
Skills & Experience
You are highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in a role where you're juggling multiple priorities. You have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you have a background in marketing, admin, or property - you will be well supported in this role and given the opportunity to grow with the team. A polished presentation and a positive attitude are key.
