About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented, highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the team across property campaigns, marketing execution, and sales administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys delivering outstanding service while ensuring every campaign is executed at a six-star standard.



Full training on systems and processes will be provided.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate media bookings including photography, videography, floorplans, and copywriting

  • Prepare property brochures, signboards, and online campaign content

  • Assist with social media scheduling and promotions

  • Create and manage letters, flyers, and direct mail campaigns

  • Coordinate flyer distribution with external partners

  • Prepare auction packs for agents

  • Process property sales accurately and efficiently

  • Liaise with conveyancers to support contract exchange and settlement

  • Support the team with general marketing and campaign administration



Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Confident communication and client service skills

  • Interest in real estate, marketing, or property services

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Real estate experience is valued, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
