About the Roles
We’re seeking experienced, energetic residential property managers, assistants and administrators who genuinely enjoy providing landlords and tenants with the service they deserve. Whether your passion lies in managing full portfolios or focusing on key property management tasks like:
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Lease preparation and renewals
- Processing tenant applications
- Managing rent arrears
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Skills & Experience
To thrive in these temp roles, you will need:
- At least 12 months’ experience in a real estate office (property management experience is a huge plus!)
- Property management registration (or near completion)
- Solid understanding of SA property management laws and regulations
- Confidence using software like PropertyMe, Property Tree, REST, Real Estate Manager or Console
- Experience using iPads for inspections
- A current SA driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Flexibility to jump into different roles at short notice
