About the Roles
We are on the lookout to add additional experienced, energetic residential property managers, assistants and administrators who genuinely love giving landlords and tenants the service they deserve.

Whether you want to manage full portfolios or prefer jumping in to cover key tasks like:
  • Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Lease preparation and renewals
  • Processing tenant applications
  • Managing rent arrears
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
We have temp assignments that will suit your style, from quick cover gigs to longer-term contracts.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in these temp roles, you will need:
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a real estate office (property management experience is a big tick!)
  • Your property management registration (or nearing completion)
  • A solid handle on SA property management laws and regulations
  • Confidence with software like PropertyMe, Property Tree, REST, Real Estate Manager, or Console
  • Experience using iPads for inspections
  • A current SA driver’s licence and your own vehicle
  • The flexibility to jump into different roles at short notice
We are looking for people who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly and bring their best every time — even when the environment changes.
