About the Role
We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to manage an approximately 150-property portfolio in the inner northern eastern suburbs. This role offers a high level of support, a flexible office location and the opportunity to take ownership of a well-structured portfolio while working within a collaborative team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally
- Conduct inspections, manage lease renewals, and coordinate maintenance
- Handle arrears, disputes, and compliance matters
- Maintain accurate records and provide proactive communication
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Ability to work independently with team support as needed
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and a client-focused attitude
- Experience with the following pm systems PropertyMe, IRE, OneDash, Tapi, Inspection Express
