About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a southern-based portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, values strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service. You will manage your own portfolio end-to-end, supported by a collaborative, multi-office team. The southern suburbs portfolio is well-organised allowing for efficient time management and effective local knowledge application.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for full management of a residential portfolio, including:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care
- Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Handling arrears, disputes, and compliance matters
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing proactive communication to clients
- Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a multi-office team
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
- Experience with modern property management systems is advantageous
