About the Role
They are seeking a full-time Property Manager to join this office and supportive team environment. Working closely within a small, collaborative team, you will assist in managing a tidy, medium-sized residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking for a positive change, better balance, and the opportunity to work with quality properties and professional clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, including:
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and creditors
  • Preparing tenant sign-ups and lease renewals
  • Processing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
  • Managing dispute resolution and bond refunds
  • Attending tribunal hearings when required
Skills and Experience
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in property management and hold a current Property Management Registration and driver’s licence. A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act is essential, with PropertyMe experience highly regarded. You will bring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise deadlines. A collaborative approach and professional presentation are key to success in this role.
