About the Role
We are seeking a driven and proactive professional to step into a hybrid Property Manager/Business Development role. You will manage a carefully selected residential portfolio while actively contributing to business growth through new opportunities and strong client engagement. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship building, strategic thinking and hands-on portfolio management.   4-5 days per week will be available for the suitable candidate. 

Duties and Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will balance high-quality property management with strategic initiatives that support business growth and client retention.
  • Manage a select portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service for owners and tenants
  • Conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenant or owner queries efficiently
  • Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and revenue
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, owners, and referral partners
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver tailored property solutions
  • Contribute to strategies that grow the portfolio while maintaining premium service standards
Skills and Experience
You will have 3 years’ experience in property management and hold a current Property Management Registration in South Australia. Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence is essential. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you bring excellent time management skills and strong communication and presentation abilities. You are confident building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
