About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties located across Adelaide’s suburbs. This is a full-time position where you will oversee all aspects of property management and provide outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their portfolio, and manage priorities with confidence.
- Manage a residential portfolio with efficiency and care
- Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
- Assist with arrears management and dispute resolution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of SA tenancy legislation
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Current Property Management Registration and driver’s licence
