About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of around 50 properties and growing, located across Adelaide’s northern and north eastern suburbs. This is a full-time position (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) with some flexibility to support work-life balance. You’ll manage all aspects of property management without the added responsibility of trust accounting.

Duties & Responsibilities          

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their portfolio, and manage priorities with confidence. You will need to be proactive, organised, and able to deliver exceptional service while balancing the demands of a growing business.
  • Manage a residential portfolio of around 50 properties and growing
  • Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
  • Assist with arrears management and dispute resolution
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Strong knowledge of SA tenancy legislation
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using property management systems (ALOI experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Current Property Management Registration and driver’s licence
