About the Role
This isn’t your ordinary property management role. You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, oversee leasing, inspections, and maintenance and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Working closely with a hands-on Department Head, you’ll be supported every step of the way, with tools, systems, and guidance to help you succeed and grow.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage residential properties, including inspections and maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee the leasing process from marketing to tenancy agreements
- Prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and reports
- Ensure compliance with legislation and property management regulations
- Handle tenant enquiries, disputes, and arrears professionally
- Liaise with tradespeople and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Support the team with office operations and client satisfaction
You are personable, results-driven professional with:
- 3–5 years’ residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance
- Confidence in managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Experience with Property Me or Property Tree
- Excellent administration, time management and documentation skills
- Knowledge of south westerns suburbs
- Current Property Management Registration with a full drivers licence
