Residential Property Manager

About the Role
This isn’t your ordinary property management role. You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, oversee leasing, inspections, and maintenance and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Working closely with a hands-on Department Head, you’ll be supported every step of the way, with tools, systems, and guidance to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Manage residential properties, including inspections and maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Oversee the leasing process from marketing to tenancy agreements
  • Prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and property management regulations
  • Handle tenant enquiries, disputes, and arrears professionally
  • Liaise with tradespeople and contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Support the team with office operations and client satisfaction
Skills & Experience
You are personable, results-driven professional with:
  • 3–5 years’ residential property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance
  • Confidence in managing landlord and tenant relationships
  • Experience with Property Me or Property Tree
  • Excellent administration, time management and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of south westerns suburbs
  • Current Property Management Registration with a full drivers licence
