About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join this high-performing, personable team. You will manage a well-looked-after, medium-sized portfolio with support from administration, trust accounting, and business development staff. This is a role where your skills are valued, your contribution matters, and your work makes a real difference to landlords and tenants alike.

Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you will take pride in managing a high-quality portfolio while delivering an exceptional, personable service to landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Manage a medium-sized, clean portfolio with dedicated support staff
  • Review rental applications and conduct thorough reference checks
  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance requests efficiently
  • Represent landlords at tribunal hearings and negotiate leases or rent reviews
  • Deliver a warm, personable service that builds lasting relationships
  • Use state-of-the-art technology and systems to streamline your workflow
Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong property management background, exceptional people skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset along with
  • 2–3 years’ property management experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for providing a personable, client-focused service
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional presentation and proactive, solutions-focused attitude
