About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a specialised, high-performing property management team. You will be stepping into a role where your skills are valued, your career growth is supported and your work truly makes an impact. This is your chance to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day will include:
  • Overseeing the full property management lifecycle with dedicated team support.
  • Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, building genuine relationships.
  • Managing a portfolio efficiently to save landlords time, reduce costs, and maximise returns.
  • Reviewing property inspection reports and coordinating maintenance as required.
  • Handling administrative tasks including lease renewals, bond claims, and correspondence.
  • Staying across residential tenancy legislation and best practice property management processes.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes.
  • Confidence with property management software and technology.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • A valid South Australian driver’s license.
