About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Residential Property Manager to join a boutique real estate team managing a well-maintained portfolio of 110 properties in Adelaide’s north-eastern suburbs. Working alongside one other experienced team member. You will enjoy variety, autonomy and the satisfaction of seeing your efforts make a real difference every day. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident in managing all aspects of property management and keeps up to date with legislative and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of your portfolio and provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring the smooth, efficient management of all property-related tasks.
- Manage a portfolio of 110 residential properties across NE Adelaide
- Oversee all day-to-day property management and tenancy matters
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all current legislation, lease agreements, and agency procedures
- Maintain accurate and professional records for property owners
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to office efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Property Tree – highly regarded
