Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to step in and take over the Department Manager’s neat, well-managed portfolio of approximately 140 properties across the north eastern area. You’ll work from modern, high-end offices, surrounded by a supportive and innovative team that truly values what you bring to the table.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the new Property Manager, you’ll take pride in delivering exceptional service and building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating maintenance to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant
  • Arranging and conducting open inspections and private appointments
  • Managing leasing processes, tenancy applications, authorities, and lease documentation
  • Working closely with leasing and administration support to ensure a smooth workflow
Skills & Experience
To hit the ground running in this role, you’ll need:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Strong people skills and a genuine client focus
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks efficiently
  • A current Property Management Certificate of Registration
  • A professional presentation and a positive can-do attitude
