The Role
As the company continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and capable Residential Property Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained and steadily growing portfolio of residential properties situated in Adelaide’s central suburbs. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring prompt and professional service
- Undertake routine inspections, process lease renewals, and conduct rent reviews
- Coordinate maintenance requests and address tenancy disputes with a solution-focused approach
- Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships
- Utilise property management software to maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and company procedures
To be considered for this role, you’ll bring proven experience in residential property management, ideally with at least two years in a similar position. A solid understanding of South Australian tenancy legislation and industry regulations is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to portfolio management will help you succeed. You’ll also need a current Property Management Registration, a valid driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle (a car allowance is provided). Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively will make you a perfect fit for this friendly team.
