The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a dynamic property management team. This role involves managing a well-maintained portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a residential portfolio with professionalism and care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
  • Prepare accurate documentation and maintain compliance with legislation
  • Resolve tenancy issues and provide exceptional client service
  • Utilise modern property management systems to streamline processes
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
  • Current Property Management Registration or Licence (essential)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Proficiency in property management software (Property Me experience highly regarded)
