The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a dynamic property management team. This role involves managing a well-maintained portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Prepare accurate documentation and maintain compliance with legislation
- Resolve tenancy issues and provide exceptional client service

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Current Property Management Registration or Licence (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Proficiency in property management software (Property Me experience highly regarded)
