The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy and well-resourced property management team. Taking ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while managing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio. This role would suit a confident Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, working proactively and contributing to a positive team culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, entry and final inspections
- Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor management
- Prepare lease documentation, renewals and rent reviews
- Manage rental arrears and tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Maintain accurate records and portfolio documentation
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current South Australian Property Management Registration
- Strong understanding of SA Residential Tenancies legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Current driver's licence
