With a variety of assignments available across Adelaide, duties may include full portfolio management or specialised support tasks, including:
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have at least 12 months’ experience within a real estate, property, or building office environment. Candidates nearing completion of, or already holding, their Property Management Registration will be highly regarded.
Experience using property management systems such as Console, PropertyMe, Property Tree, REST, or Real Estate Manager, along with associated inspection apps, will also be advantageous.
A current SA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
