The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Residential Property Manager to manage a well‑maintained residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, enjoys building strong relationships, and values working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end management of a residential property portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance requests
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a high level of service
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in residential property management
  • Sound understanding of residential tenancy legislation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A professional, friendly, and solutions‑focused approach
  • Experience with property management software (preferred but not essential)
