The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio end‑to‑end and is looking to join a welcoming, high‑performing team. This role will suit someone who is passionate about property management, values structure and best practice, and wants to continue developing within a progressive agency. You’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio with autonomy while being fully supported by systems, leadership, and a team that has your back.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end management of a residential property portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing repairs, maintenance, and contractor relationships
  • Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency processes
  • Resolving issues professionally and proactively
  • Maintaining accurate records and using property management software effectively
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a residential Property Manager
  • Strong knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation
  • Confident managing all aspects of property management
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high‑performing team
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent) preferred
