The Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join the North-Eastern team and play a key role in supporting and growing the property management department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys end‑to‑end property management, values structure and efficiency, and is looking for a long‑term role where they can genuinely contribute to business growth. The portfolio is conveniently located within a 5 km radius of the office, allowing for efficient management and strong client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio from end to end, including leasing, routine inspections, maintenance, arrears, and client communication
- Work collaboratively with two full‑time Property Managers and the Principal
- Participate in training and ongoing development within the team
- Ensure arrears are managed promptly and professionally
- Use PropertyMe and Tenant Options to manage day‑to‑day operations efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service for landlords and tenants
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the property management department
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end property management processes
- Confident managing a diverse portfolio with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team environment
- Well‑organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable using property management software, ideally PropertyMe
- A genuine desire to commit long term and grow with the business
