Residential Property Manager / Assistant

This leading real estate group based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide has an ever-growing rental portfolio. Lead by a director with an honest and relationship-focused approach, this career opportunity would be ideal for a property manager looking for career advancement.
 
About the Role
This role is available for an experienced property manager/property management assistant to manage a well-kept portfolio in the City of Playford. As their new property management employee, you will take on a portfolio of around 130 properties; all within proximity of each other. You will have assistance with your lease renewals, trust accounting, and water invoicing.
 
Duties
Your key responsibilities on a day-to-day basis are:
  • Manage relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Updating owners/tenants on maintenance status and making recommendations where required
  • Advertising properties for rent, taking photos, writing ads
  • Maintain and minimise rental arrears
  • Manage lease negotiations and rent reviews
  • Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections
  • No lease renewals, no trust accounting, including water invoicing
 
Skills & Experience
To welcome you on board as the newest member of this team, you will need to demonstrate you have:
  • SA Property Management Registration ¤nt driver's licence
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Customers who love you and a relentless determination to give them a great experience
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Love of change, innovation, and a 'forward thinking’ growth mindset
  • Ability to drive oneself to take initiative and action to pursue goals and be able to work autonomously
