Receptionist/Sales Administrator

Our client is a newly established residential real estate agency with big plans for growth. You’ll be working closely with a hands‑on leadership team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
This is a varied and evolving position suited to an organised and proactive Receptionist / Sales Administrator who enjoys being the first point of contact while also supporting the sales function. As the business grows, so too will the scope of this role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking initiative. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting sales agents with administration, and assisting with marketing materials using Canva.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Front‑of‑house reception, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Sales administration support, including preparation of Form 1s, contracts and property documentation
  • Managing listings from pre‑market through to sale
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers
  • Creating and updating marketing materials using Canva (property brochures, social media tiles, signboards, etc.)
  • Coordinating advertising, open inspections and agent schedules
  • Maintaining CRM systems and general office administration
  • Assisting with new processes and systems as the business evolves
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in real estate sales administration is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of Form 1 documentation and sales compliance
  • Proven experience using Canva for professional marketing materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident, professional presentation and client‑focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously in a start‑up environment and adapt to change
  • Real estate certificate or registration (or willingness to obtain) preferred
