Receptionist – Contract  
Adelaide | Full-time | Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations: answer calls, greet visitors, handle mail and banking
  • Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and petty cash
  • Receipt and reconcile daily rents in Re-Leased software
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and complete EOM bank reconciliations
  • Prepare sales and leasing files, agreements, and marketing materials
  • Provide backup support to the PA and assist Directors with typing and dictation 
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Suite – advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Professional, personable approach with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in real estate/property and accounts processing (desirable)
